- Account and Password
- Mobile Number Registration: If you register for our products using your mobile phone number, you will need to provide your phone number and a verification code. Refusal to provide the aforementioned personal information may prevent successful registration. We collect this information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Refusing to provide such information may result in your inability to register an account or use certain product features, so please consider carefully before choosing whether to provide it.
- Third-Party Account Registration: If you log in using a third-party account (such as Apple ID), we will obtain information from that account based on your authorization, including username, nickname, avatar, gender, regional information, and identity verification information. We collect this information solely to provide login services, protect your account security, and prevent security risks. If you refuse to authorize such information, you will be unable to use a third-party account to log in to our platform, but this will not affect your ability to use other products and services we provide.
- Personal Account Information. You may also choose, depending on the specific features of this product, to provide a nickname, avatar, or other profile information to complete your account details. This type of account information will be displayed on your personal profile page to enhance your social experience. You may decide whether to provide and display such information. We will not associate or process this information in connection with your personal identity.
- Device Information. We collect information about your hardware device, including device model, screen width and height, software version, operating system and version, IP address, location, mobile network information, device ID, device manufacturer, device model, carrier, IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, SIM card, and IMSI information. This information is used to generate a unique identifier for you within the platform. It is also used for data analysis, statistical purposes, and to determine whether you are logging in from other devices, in order to prevent cheating, unauthorized programs, device tampering, or account theft.
- Transaction Information. We collect information regarding your orders and transactions to determine transaction status and provide relevant support in case of disputes.
- Complaints, Appeals, or Inquiries. When you submit a complaint, appeal, or inquiry, for the security of your account and our system, we may require you to provide account information to verify your identity by matching it with your previously submitted personal information. In addition, to facilitate communication or assist you in resolving issues, we may request your name, phone number, and other contact information. We also collect the content of your communications with us, including text, images, audio, video, and call records. This information is collected to investigate facts and help resolve your issues. - Album Function. When you use the image upload feature, we collect the images you voluntarily provide. With your consent, we may also access your phone’s photo album to facilitate image uploads. By uploading images, you authorize us to access, obtain, collect, and use this personal information. However, unless you delete your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, revoking your consent will not affect the processing and storage of your personal information that was conducted based on your prior authorization.
- Geolocation. When you enable your device’s location services and post content, we may collect your geolocation information, including your time zone, based on the location-based features. This information is used to deliver relevant content to you at appropriate times according to your time zone. You can stop the collection of your geolocation information at any time by disabling location services. Access control measures are enforced based on classification results, including user permissions, usage scenario permissions, authorization permissions, and graded approval mechanisms. - For example, you can modify your avatar. The correction/modification path within our client is: "Profile" → Click Avatar → Select Avatar.
- In general, you can directly correct or modify the content you have posted and browse or modify the information you have submitted at any time.
- However, for security and identity verification reasons, you may not be able to modify certain initial registration information (such as real-name authentication information) that you submitted during registration. If you need to modify such information, you can submit a correction request by calling our customer service, sending an email, or contacting our online customer service. We will review the issue within 15 business days and respond promptly after verifying your identity.
- You have the right to delete your personal information.
- For certain personal information, such as posts you have made, you can directly delete it. However, please understand that your nickname or avatar serves as your online identity, and deletion is not supported. If you choose to cancel your account, this information will be deleted.

- When you delete your personal information, device information and other data associated with your account will also be deleted.
- Additionally, under the following circumstances, you can request the deletion of your personal information through our online customer service:
- - If we process personal information in violation of laws and regulations;
- - If we collect or use your personal information without obtaining your consent;
- - If we process personal information in violation of our agreement with you;
- - If you no longer use our products or services;
- - If we no longer provide products or services to you.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal information
- If you are using an Android device, you may disable access to your photo album through “Settings → Permission Management → Storage.” If you are using an iOS device, you may disable access to your photo album through “Settings → Privacy → Photos.”
- If you are using an Android device, you may disable microphone access through “Settings → Permission Management → Microphone.” If you are using an iOS device, you may disable microphone access through “Settings → Privacy → Microphone.”
- If you are using an Android device, you may disable camera access through “Settings → Permission Management → Camera.” If you are using an iOS device, you may disable camera access through “Settings → Privacy → Camera.”
- If you are using an Android device, you may disable location access through “Settings → Permission Management → Location.” If you are using an iOS device, you may disable location access through “Settings → Privacy → Location Services.”
- You understand that once you withdraw your authorization from third-party platforms, we may be unable to continue providing certain features and/or services corresponding to the withdrawn authorization. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect any processing of your personal information that was conducted based on your prior authorization.

- Account Cancellation
You may cancel your account through the account deletion path or by contacting our customer service email. You acknowledge that account cancellation is an irreversible operation, and you are responsible for backing up any information and data associated with your account before initiating cancellation, and ensuring that all services related to the account have been properly handled prior to the operation.
You acknowledge and agree that cancelling your account does not exempt or reduce any responsibilities or liabilities arising from your account activities prior to the cancellation. If, during the cancellation process, your account is subject to a complaint by others, an investigation by government authorities, or is involved in litigation or arbitration proceedings, we may independently terminate the cancellation process without obtaining your further consent.
You also understand and agree that, before the personal information under your account is deleted or anonymized, we require a reasonable period of time to review and process such information in order to fully protect your lawful rights and interests as well as those of other users. Therefore, the deletion or anonymization of personal information under your account may be subject to a certain delay.
VII. Protection of Minors
- Minors must obtain the consent of their guardians before using our products and/or services.
